How many time zones are there in Canada?

From British Colombia and Yukon in the west to Newfoundland in the east, time zones include Pacific, Mountain, Central, Eastern, Atlantic, and Newfoundland. Note, some parts of Canada don’t observe the official time zone, opting to adopt the time zone from a neighbouring region for trade purposes.

Do I need a visa for Canada from Australia?

Australian passport holders don’t need a visa for short term business or tourism (up to 6 months) but must apply online for an eTA (Electronic Travel Authorisation) before travelling by air. If arriving by train, car, boat, or bus, you don’t need an eTA but you need to have correct travel documents. There are strict penalties for overstaying your visa.
